CNC Setup Operator
We are looking for CNC Setup Operators for 1st and 2nd shifts to work in a fast-paced production environment. CNC Setup Experience Required

Interview Dress Code: Business Casual (come as you are, but please be presentable and please no open toed shoes or sandals)
Essential Job Functions:
Must be willing to work 55+ hours a week
Must have ability to setup lathes, mills, and knowledge of programming (will learn programming and cad / cam use on the job)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Working knowledge of geometric dimensions and tolerances
Keep equipment and work are clean and orderly
Must be able to work well with people, train machine operators and setup personnel, and have leadership traits
Successful applicant will work in a friendly, clean, organized, and climate controlled atmosphere
Makes machine adjustments, changes tools, troubleshoots, and does mechanical repairs to the equipment
Attaches fixtures to machine according to setup instructions
Performs a variety of inspection and gaging operations to insure maintenance of quality standards and specifications
Measures work piece for conformance to specifications
Notifies Supervisor of discrepancies
Adjusts machine according to specifications
Follow and maintain company and customer standards
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Keep equipment and work area clean and orderly
Successful applicant will work in a friendly, clean, organized and climate controlled atmosphere
Must work well with people in a multi-cultural environment
Education/Qualifications:
Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Previous CNC Setup experience required
