CNC Brake Press
This position will use a CNC controlled press brake to bend, shape, and manipulate sheet metal and metal plates.
Receives limited supervision.
Must possess the ability to read a tape measure and calipers, and use hand tools.
Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move 100 pounds.
Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills.
A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
Must be able to keep the work environment clean, safe, and orderly.
Familiarity with stainless steel, steel, and aluminum.
CNC press brake operator responsibilities:
Accupress 12ft x 175 ton press brake
Accupress 5ft x 60 ton press brake
Accupress 10ft metal shear
Whitney punch
Power 5ft – 4 roll
Power 4ft – 3 roll
Manual 3ft – 3 roll.
Hours would me Monday thru Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm (with the possibility of 5:00am to 3:30pm depending on supervisors discretion)
Pay Rate is $15.00 - $20.00
